Sonda or Sodhe is the place 20 km form Sirsi Town,North Karnataka.Regular buses operate from Sirsi,last bus is at 5:30pm.Check with locals for updated timings.

Sodhe Vadiraj mutt is significant place for Madhwas.Temples here to visit are Trivikrama Temple,Vadhiraja brundavana and special Bootharaja Temple.Surrounded by lush green forest, it's a pleasant stay at serene place.

First check Trivikrama temple,vishnu incarnation.beautiful sculpture,resides in stone craved chariot.

Bootharaja used to perform pooja to Vishnu who resides in chariot,one day asura interrupt the Bootharaja which he carries Ratha(Chariot).Angered by this barbaric act,Bootharaja removes one wheel from chariot and hit the asura.

This in fact we can see on temple scluptures.as one wheel is missing.
